We are from mauritius and am manufacturer of syrup here. We have been doing this business since 1948 and we currently are the market leader here(around 80% market share). It is a concentrate which is used for drinking and can be diluted in water, carbonated water, milk, alcoholic drinks. It is used by the general public and by hotels. In hotels it is used mainly in the kitchen for preparation of cakes, it is put on the menu as a syrup section and is used by barman to make lots of cocktails.We usually sell it here in and 750ml and1000ml and we have 15 flavours.
